Welcome to Ai24x7 Academy. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any online course, workshop, webinar, training program, digital product, or online learning service from us.

By purchasing from Ai24x7 Academy, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.

Since our courses, workshops, webinars, and learning materials are online and digital in nature, we do not provide any refund once the course, workshop, webinar, training access, login details, recorded content, live session access, or digital material has been delivered or completed.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products and Online Learning

Ai24x7 Academy provides online courses, workshops, webinars, recorded training sessions, digital learning material, and related online education services.

Once the user receives access to the purchased digital content or attends the live/recorded session, the service will be considered delivered. After delivery of the service, no refund request will be accepted.

Workshops, Webinars and Live Sessions

For live workshops or webinars, no refund will be provided in the following cases:

Courses and Recorded Content

For recorded courses or digital training programs, once access has been provided to the user, no refund will be applicable.

Incorrect Purchase or Duplicate Payment

In case of duplicate payment or technical payment error, the user must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.

After verification, if the duplicate payment is confirmed, Ai24x7 Academy may process the refund of the extra amount received. Refund approval in such cases will be subject to payment gateway records and internal verification.

Technical Issues

If you face any genuine technical issue in accessing the purchased course, workshop, webinar, or digital content, please contact our support team.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to help you access the content or resolve the issue. A refund will not be provided for temporary technical issues if access can be restored or provided again.

Cancellation Policy

Once the registration or purchase is confirmed and access/session details are shared, cancellation will not be eligible for refund.

If Ai24x7 Academy cancels any paid workshop, webinar, or course due to unavoidable reasons, we may offer any one of the following options at our discretion:

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided if the user changes their mind after purchase or decides not to continue with the course, workshop, or webinar.
